Orders and Delivery

All prices on The Rugby Development Foundation website are in GBP. UK orders are sent to your specified delivery address via a secure designated courier.
International shipping is possible via a secure designated courier. Shipping costs vary according to destination. If your destination is not available at checkout, Please contact us for a quotation.
All orders placed during the subscription period up to 1st August 2014 and regular orders until the official publication date will be dispatched as quickly as possible after the official publication in October 2014.All subsequent orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. (Please Note: Delivery times may vary over holiday periods)
How can I amend my order?
Please refer to the contact us section, this will allow you to send us an email with the changes you require to your order. Please note we will do our utmost to make amendments to order details, however we cannot guarantee that changes may be made to an order once it has been processed.
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However if, for any reason, you are unhappy with the book, you can return it to us to by requesting a returns form from the contact us page. The book should then be posted to the address on the form in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt we shall arrange for a refund or an exchange. If the item is faulty a full refund of your postage costs will be made and any re-delivery charges met by RDF .In all other circumstances you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and, where an exchange is requested, any re-delivery
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please contact us to request a returns form quoting your order number. The book and completed returns form should be packed securely, preferably using the original mailing box, and posted to the address specified on the returns form using Royal Mail recorded delivery or other registered delivery service. You must obtain a receipt for the delivery. If the return is due to a fault with the book, you may be required to provide photographic evidence before a return can be authorized.
The Rugby Development Foundation does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.
